Who are you?
I would say I'm very transparent. I'm deeply emotional and my music reflects that– whether the emotion is anger, sadness, bitterness, or disgust, it's palpable in my music. I've been told that my lyrics are very frank (and sometimes snarky) but relatable, and I love pairing them with dreamy, smooth, and rich sonic palettes.
I'm inspired by many things (like space, dreams, retro aesthetics, spiritualism, anime, video games, and horror/dark imagery), but my determination to always examine myself (both flaws and strengths), distinctly makes me who I am.
Where are you from?
I'm from Jamaica, where reggae, dancehall, and gospel are the dominant genres by a long shot. In comparison, I make most alternative pop and rock music.
